Redemption (“Redemption”) Program

Step 1: Spend a minimum of RM80, RM160 or RM200 on Participating Products in a single receipt at any Participating Outlets to redeem. One (1) receipt entitles each Participant to one (1) redemption.

By participating in the Redemption, the participant will automatically participate in the Top Spender Contest as well.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The GBA Buy & Redeem Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 162820-U) (the “Organiser”), whose registered office is located at Wisma GBA 2, Lot 8, Jalan PPU 3, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.
  2. This Contest is open to all individual Malaysian citizens and permanent residents, with valid identification documents, aged 18 and above (as at 1st November 2022), except for the employees of the Organiser, including their immediate family members, their business partners, affiliated companies, suppliers/distributors, promotion/advertising/public relations agencies and other parties involved in this Contest.

  1. To participate in:
    1. Redemption:
      1. Spend minimum RM80, RM160 or RM200 on Participating Products in a single receipt at any Participating Outlets during the Promotion Period to be eligible for redemption.
      2. Each household is only allowed to redeem maximum three [3] Gifts throughout the Promotion Period.
      3. Subsequent receipts submitted (4th receipt onwards) will only be to accumulate the total amount spent on Participating Products for the Contest.
    2. Contest:
      1. Spend a minimum of RM25 on Participating Products in a single receipt at any Participating Outlets during the Promotion Period to join.
      2. The total amount spent on Participating Products throughout the Promotion Period will be accumulated to determine the Winners.
      3. Each household is only allowed to win one [1] Prize during the entire Promotion Period.
  1. Redemption is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Receipts must be submitted within the Promotion Period. Please ensure that the name of the participating outlet, purchase date, receipt number, products purchased and amount spent on the products purchased are clearly visible in the photo of the receipt. Long receipts should be folded to display the required information only. Receipts not within the Promotion Period, duplicate receipts, unclear receipts or invalid receipts submitted will be automatically disqualified.
  3. Each entry submitted must be complete and accurate. Any incomplete and/or inaccurate submission will be automatically disqualified.
  4. Only photo of original copy of the receipt will be accepted. Any damage or torn; duplicate, photocopied or scan copy of receipt will be automatically disqualified.
  5. Participants are required to safe keep the original receipt(s) for verification purposes, failing which, the Organiser shall forfeit the gift.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any participant from the Promotion without prior notification or disclosure of information should the participant be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  7. The Organiser shall be entitled to request the original NRIC or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification purposes. Failure to provide would result in disqualified submission.
  8. The Organiser will courier out the Gift within sixty [60] days from the date of redemption. Unclaimed Gifts will be forfeited after thirty [30] days from the date of delivery.
  9. Winner selection process: The top three [3] spenders on Participating Products throughout the entire Promotion Period will be selected as Winners.
  10. Winners will be announced at https://guppyrock.com/redemption/gba-redeem-win/ within thirty [30] days after the end of the Promotion Period. The Organiser will contact Winners via WhatsApp and request for a photo of the NRIC (only the left section – clearly showing the NRIC number, full name and address; photo of scanned/printed copy will not be accepted) for verification and validation purpose.
  11. The Winner will be disqualified and the Prize forfeited in the event that another person from the same household have already won a Prize during the Promotion Period.
  12. The Organiser will make three [3] attempts to reach the Winners. If the Winner does not respond within seven [7] days after the final attempt, the Winner will be disqualified and the Prize will be forfeited.
  13. The Organiser will courier out the Prize within thirty [60] days from the date of notification. Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited after thirty [30] days from the date of delivery.
  14. Gifts and Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  15. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Promotion rules and/or substitute the gifts with other items of equivalent value without prior notice and no claim shall be made against the Organiser with respect to such substitute for any of the Gifts.
  16. By taking part in this Promotion, you understand and accept without condition that the Organiser may elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in any manner it deems fit, in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy and confidentiality policies.
  17. The Organiser accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, injury, death or expense resulting from the participation of the Promotion.
  18. The participant is deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, and any amendments, additions and modifications as may be made from time to time, by making a redemption/contest submission.
  19. In the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  20. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Malaysia. The Organiser and Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
