TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility: This free engraving service is exclusively available to customers who have purchased a Davidoff Café gift pack, which includes a Davidoff Café flask. To access the service, customers must present the receipt as proof of purchase. Without a receipt, the engraving service cannot be provided.
2. Personali- sation and Refund Policy: Items that are personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order according to your specific requirements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless proven to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information provided for engraving, as no modifications or cancellations can be made once the order is processed.
3. Engraving Guidelines: GBA Corporation Sdn Bhd (“Company”) strictly prohibits the engraving of any offensive, obscene, or inappropriate language, including but not limited to swear words, hate speech, defamatory, or discriminatory content. Any orders containing such language will be rejected, and the customer will be notified accordingly. The Company reserves the sole discretion to determine what constitutes offensive or inappropriate language and to refuse service based on this determination. The decision of the Company is final in this regard.
4. Font and Character Limitations: Only one font type is available for the engraving service, and customers can request a maximum of nine (9) letters for the engraving on the Davidoff Café flask. Any request exceeding this limit will not be accepted. The engraving will be placed in the blank area of the flask, away from any logos or branding.
5. Service Time and Availability: The engraving service will be conducted on-site at the earliest opportunity, depending on availability. The Company will provide an estimated completion time, but delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. The Company reserves the right to limit, withdraw, or modify the service at any time without prior notice.
6. Order Rejection and Cancellation: In the event that an engraving request is rejected due to non-compliance with these terms, the customer will be contacted and given the option to revise their request. If the customer fails to provide an acceptable revision within the given time frame, the order will be cancelled without any further obligation on the part of the Company.
7. Liability: The Company is not liable for any errors in engraving that are due to incorrect information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for reviewing their engraving instructions carefully before submitting their order.
8. Intellectual Property: By submitting a request for engraving, the customer warrants that they have the legal right to use any words, phrases, or designs submitted. The Company is not responsible for verifying the intellectual property rights of the content provided by the customer and will not be liable for any infringement claims.
9. Acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy: By pressing the submit button and submitting this order form, you confirm your order, agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions for the Davidoff Café flask engraving service, and acknowledge that you have read and accepted this site's Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your personal information. You will also need to present your identification card along with this screen to the engraving service for verification.
