TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Fresh & White Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM3.00 Instant Redemption (the “Promotion”) is organised by Southern Lion Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 12118-P) (the “Organiser”), whose registered office is located at 1-J & 1K Bangunan BAKTI Siti Hasmah, 6 Cangkat Abang Haji Openg, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  2. The Promotion is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above (as at 23 June 2022), except employees and their immediate families of the Organiser and its affiliated companies.
  3. Participating products:

  4. Spend minimum RM10 on any Fresh & White products in a single receipt at any Lotus’s outlets in Malaysia during the Promotion period to be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  5. Usage of multiple receipts for multiple redemptions are permitted. However, each participant is only allowed to redeem a maximum of five (5) redemption gifts throughout the Promotion period.
  6. Redemption is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
  7. Each receipt is entitled to one (1) redemption and must be submitted within the Promotion Period. Please ensure that the participating outlet name, purchase date, receipt number, products purchased and amount spent on products purchased are clearly visible in the photo of the receipt. Long receipts should be folded to display the required information only. Receipts not dated within the Promotion Period, duplicate, unclear, unreadable or invalid receipts submitted will be automatically disqualified, at the Organiser’s sole discretion.
  8. Each redemption submitted must be complete and accurate. Any incomplete and/or inaccurate submission will be automatically disqualified.
  9. Only photo of the original receipt from the participating outlets will be accepted. Any submission of damaged or torn, duplicate, photocopied, unreadable or scanned receipt will be automatically disqualified.
  10. Participants are required to safe keep the original receipt for verification purposes, failing which, the Organiser shall disqualify the redemption.
  11. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any participant from the Promotion without prior notification or disclosure of information should the participant be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Promotion terms and conditions.
  12. The Organiser shall be entitled to request the original NRIC or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification purposes.
  13. Notification of successful redemption will be sent via WhatsApp to the mobile number used for redemption submission within seven (7) days after the submission date.
  14. The Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN worth RM3.00 will be sent to the participant within thirty (30) days after the end of the Promotion period.
  15. Redemption gifts are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  16. The Organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Promotion rules and/or substitute the gifts for other items of equivalent value without prior notice and no claim shall be made against the Organiser with respect to such substitute for any of the redemption gifts.
  17. By taking part in this Promotion, you understand and accept without condition that the Organiser may elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in any manner it deems fit, in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy and confidentiality policies.   18. The Organiser accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any loss, injury, death or expense resulting from your participation in the Promotion.
  19. The participant is deemed to have agreed to the terms & conditions of the Promotion, and any amendments, additions and modifications as may be made from time to time, by making a redemption submission.
  20. In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  21. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Malaysia. The Organizer and Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
