NONGSHIM Lidah Besi Challenge Indemnity Form

1. Consent for Photos and Videos:	I, the undersigned, consent to NONGSHIM MALAYSIA taking photos and recording videos of me during the NONGSHIM Lidah Besi Challenge. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, advertising, and other public purposes related to the event.
2. Grant of Usage Rights:	I grant NONGSHIM MALAYSIA, its affiliates, successors, assigns, and licensees the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display my images, voice recordings, and other likenesses in any media format. This includes the use of my name and likeness for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotional activities.
3. Waiver of Claims:	I waive any and all claims, actions, suits, or demands against NONGSHIM MALAYSIA, its affiliates, successors, assigns, and licensees related to the use of my images, voice recordings, and other likenesses. This waiver includes claims related to privacy, publicity, or any other civil rights.
4. Indemnity:	In consideration of participating in the NONGSHIM Lidah Besi Challenge, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NONGSHIM MALAYSIA, its related entities, and the officers, employees, and agencies of each of them, from any injury, claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or relating to my participation in the NONGSHIM Lidah Besi Challenge.
5. Adherence to Schedule:	I agree to adhere to the event schedule to the best of my ability. I acknowledge that this consent is ongoing and that my images and recordings may be used indefinitely.
6. Additional Commitments:	Any additional commitments not specified in this form are the responsibility of the event organizers or their representatives.
7. Age Verification:	I confirm that I am at least 16 years of age and have read and understood the terms of this form.
8. Acknowledgement of Understanding:	By checking the box below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this form.
