TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Introduction

  1. The Terms and Conditions of Entry are to be read together with the Schedule to the Terms and Conditions of Entry (collectively “Terms and Conditions”).

  2. By participating in the Contest, the Eligible Participants/Winners agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and all amendments, additions and modifications as may be made from time to time by the Organiser, at its sole discretion. Participants agree that their continued participation in the Contest constitute their unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest are final, conclusive and binding on all Participants of this Contest, and no correspondence, communication or appeals will be entertained.

SCHEDULE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Contest:Evian 200 Years Young Contest
2. Contest Period:This Contest starts on 1 June 2026, 00:00hr and ends on 31 July 2026, 23:59hr.
3. Organiser:GBA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (162820-U)
4. Eligibility:This Contest is open to all individual Malaysian citizens and permanent residents, with valid identification documents, aged 18 and above (as at 1 June 2026) (“Participants”) except for the employees of the Organiser, including their immediate family members, their business partners, affiliated companies, suppliers, distributors, contest / advertising / public relations agencies and other parties involved in this Contest.
5. Entry Method:To participate in the Contest, Participants will be required to follow the steps outlined in the following entry mechanic:

Step 1: Purchase any 2 units of Evian Natural Mineral Water/ Evian Sparkling Natural Mineral Water in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) during the Contest Period from any retailers in Malaysia. One (1) receipt entitles each Participant to one (1) entry.Step 2: Scan the QR Code

For the weekly submission in relation to the Weekly Prize, the Organiser shall receive the submission of Entries on or before 23:59:59 of the last date of each Contest Week as tabulated below:

  2. The maximum number of prizes that an Eligible Participant/Winner (identified by NRIC No.) can win under the Contest is one (1) Grand Prize and nine (9) Weekly Prizes per person.
8. Winner Selection Criteria and Process:
  1. 455 participants ("Eligible Participants/Winners") of the Contest will be selected by the Organiser using the division by sum method. All qualified entries received will be assigned a serial number, which is allocated sequentially. Eligible Participants/Winners will be selected by dividing the total allocated serial numbers by the total number of prizes.
  2. Eligible Participants/Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp from +6011-6283 3884/ +6018-321 3884 or e-mail based on the contact details provided upon entry submission on best effort basis with a maximum of three (3) attempts, which is once every day for three (3) consecutive days. In the event where a shortlisted Participant/Winner could not be contacted, the Organiser reserves the rights to replace the shortlisted Participant/Winner with the next name on the list in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Contest.
  3. Eligible Participants/Winners may be required to submit the following for verification purposes via WhatsApp or e-mail within three (3) days from the date of notification.
    • Full name as per NRIC
    • WhatsApp mobile phone number registered with Touch ‘n Go eWallet
    • A clear and legible photocopy of the Eligible Participant’s/Winner’s NRIC
    • Proof of Purchase
  4. Failure to provide the required details for Prize fulfilment will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
  5. Participants may submit as many entries as they wish but each entry must be supported with the required Proof of Purchase within the Contest Period.
  6. Proof of Purchase with the dates before or after the Contest Period will not be accepted.
  7. Only entries with original receipts of the correct product purchased are accepted. No handwritten receipt, photocopy of receipt and/or duplicate copy of receipts are accepted. If found, such entry will be disqualified automatically.
  8. For purchases made on an online platform, only the final e-receipt or invoice generated by the platform will be accepted. Screenshot of order will not be considered as valid receipts or invoices.
  9. All Proof of Purchases submitted for this Contest will be the property of the Organiser.
  10. Proof of WhatsApp or posting is not proof of receipt.
  11. The Organiser has the sole and absolute right as it deems fit and necessary to amend the Contest Period, the Contest mechanics, to terminate, cancel or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice.
  12. The Organiser’s decision on all matters in relation to this Contest are final, conclusive and binding on all Participants of this Contest, and no correspondence, communication or appeals will be entertained.

9. Prize Delivery:
  1. The Prize will be delivered/transferred/provided to the Eligible Participants/Winners within sixty (60) days upon selection and identity verification.
  2. The Grand Prize will be delivered to the Eligible Participants/Winners via WhatsApp or Email. The Grand Prize awards each winner with two (2) tickets for the Disney Adventure Cruise for two (2) persons in a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah. In addition, Winners may be provided with a transport voucher and/or transport arrangement support of up to RM1,000 per winning pair (two (2) persons) only, as determined solely by the Organiser and/or the appointed travel agency. Any additional transportation costs exceeding the stated amount shall be solely borne by the Winner. Any unused balance shall not be refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  3. All travel arrangements and cruise bookings shall be managed and coordinated by a designated travel agency appointed by the Organiser. The travel period is open, and Winners must complete their travel on or before 31 December 2026. All bookings must be confirmed on or before 30 November 2026. Bookings must be made at least two (2) months in advance, subject to cabin availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Blackout dates and other booking restrictions may apply. No changes, rescheduling, or alternative travel dates shall be permitted once booking is confirmed.
  4. In addition to the above, the Grand Prize includes:
    • Cabin accommodation for two (2) persons for the duration of the cruise;
    • Selected meals and onboard experiences as determined and provided by the cruise operator;
    • Other inclusions as specified in the final cruise confirmation documents provided upon winner verification.
  5. The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or in kind, whether in whole or in part. If a Winner withdraws after booking confirmation or fails to proceed with the travel arrangement, the Prize shall be deemed forfeited and no replacement, refund or compensation shall be provided. More detailed terms and conditions, including the Prize Redemption Letter will be provided for reference after contacting the winner.
  6. The usage of the cruise package and any associated transport arrangement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective cruise operator, transport provider and/or travel agency, which may be amended from time to time at their sole discretion.
  7. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, inconvenience, changes, cancellations, or disruptions arising from or in connection with the travel arrangements, including but not limited to those caused by the cruise operator, transport provider (including land, sea or air transportation), travel agency, cruise itinerary changes, or personal circumstances of the winner, to the extent that such matters arise from circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control.
  8. The Prize excludes hotel accommodation, visa fees, travel insurance, port charges, gratuities, shore excursions, personal expenses and all other items not specifically mentioned herein.
  9. For the eWallet Credit Prize (Weekly Prize), all Touch ’n Go eWallet Credit will be processed and credited to the Winner’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet account directly. The WhatsApp mobile number provided during entry must be a valid number that is registered and linked to a Touch ’n Go eWallet account. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any failure of prize credit due to incorrect, invalid, unregistered or inactive mobile numbers provided by the Winner.
  10. Touch ’n Go eWallet credit usage is subject to Touch ‘n Go Terms & conditions which may be updated by Touch ‘n Go from time to time.
  11. Any Prize not taken up for any reason within seven (7) days of notification will be forfeited. All appeals thereafter will not be entertained. The Organiser may extend the timelines and methods of delivery of the Prizes at their discretion.
  12. Winner must accept the Prize on an “as is” basis and the Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or in kind, whether in part or in full. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of a similar value at any time without notice. Furthermore, the Organiser reserves the right not to award any prizes or any alternative prizes of equal or greater value to any person who fails to meet any stipulated requirements in order to claim the prize.
  13. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the prizes during the delivery process.
  14. No applications from agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
10. Disqualifi-
cation:
  1. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry if the Organiser discovers that:
    1. the Participant had submitted a similar receipt with other entries;
    2. if the entry is incomplete, wrong, spoilt, late or submitted without the Proof of Purchase. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt;
    3. if fraud or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.
  2. Entries that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions that are enforced will be disqualified automatically.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to demand for the return of the Prize or payment of its value from the disqualified Participant in the event of a disqualification after a Prize has been awarded.
11. Intellectual Property Rights:
  1. All entries must be original and not infringe any intellectual property rights owned by any party. Participants may not raise, circulate, reproduce or otherwise furnish, any materials containing intellectual property rights of any other party, including but not limited to copyright, or other proprietary information held by the other party without the prior written permission of the owner of intellectual property rights or proprietary information.
  2. The Organiser has the right to use, modify and/or edit such materials or works at its sole discretion and the Participants waives all rights to any compensation for the submitted entries.
  3. If you believe your work has been tampered with and displayed in violation of intellectual property rights, please contact the Organiser.
12. Publicity:By participating in this Contest, Participants agree and are deemed to have consented and given the Organiser the rights to collect and process Participant’s personal data and information for the purposes of this Contest, to publish and/or display particulars, personal data and/or photos of successful Participants in print media and electronic media of any forms (as applicable) for the purpose of advertising, publicity and announcement without any royalty and/or compensation.
13. Liability, Responsibility of the Organiser:
  1. Any expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest, to claim the redemption/prizes and/or to attend ceremony, is the sole responsibility of the successful Participants/Winners, without any reimbursements by the Organiser.
  2. Participants agree to bear full liability and responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss, injury, damage, costs, expenses, claim or accident suffered, incurred or caused by their participation in this Contest. The Organiser shall not be liable to Participants for any damages, costs, expenses, claims, losses, accidents or inconvenience for any matter arising out of or in connection with this Contest. Each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by the Organiser in relation to this Contest as a result of any act and/or omission of the Participant.
  3. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed, incorrect or incomplete entries for any reason whatsoever. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  4. The Participant’s participation in the Contest shall be at the Participant’s own risk.
  5. The Organiser shall not be responsible for the failure of any technical element relating to this Contest that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted. The Organiser shall not accept any responsibility for entries lost, damaged, or delayed because of any network, computer or cell phone hardware or software failure of any kind.
14. Notice under Personal Data Protection Act 2010:The Organiser may disclose personal data and information of Participants (including but not limited to, name, address, contact numbers, NRIC numbers) to our service provider(s) for the purposes of administering the Contest and contacting Participants, solely for this Contest only. Participant has the right to obtain access, request correction or withdraw consent to disclose any personal data and information held by the Organiser. 15. General Terms and Conditions:
  1. In the event any Contests involve merchants, the relevant participating merchant’s reserves the right to revise its terms and conditions without prior notice. The Participants’ entry in the relevant Contest shall be further subjected to the participating merchant’s terms and conditions. The Participants shall not be entitled to assign any of the rights or sub-contract any of the obligations herein.
  2. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other form of publicity collaterals relating to this Contest, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  3. This General Contest Terms and Conditions is available in English only.
  4. These terms and conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The Organiser and Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
